What motivates you to do this work?
My motivation for pursuing public health stems from a desire to understand how life experiences and social factors shape both health outcomes and individuals’ perceptions of their own well-being. I am particularly interested in how these influences can alter health trajectories over time, especially within underserved communities. Engaging in initiatives such as the Social Care in Chronic Disease Collaborative allows me to translate this curiosity into meaningful, actionable work. Through these experiences, I can better understand and address complex health barriers while contributing to more equitable, community-centered solutions.
